Skill Position Workouts These workouts will focus on making you fundamentally sound and increase your versatility and value. Sessions will improve and punish each weakness while strengthening existing abilities in order to meet individual goals. Sessions are personal, intense, and designed to take the time allotted to improve each particular player's skill level. Each player is pushed hard to accomplish their goal of improving their skill level through consistency so they can advance in the game of basketball. Sessions are offered for all skill types of players: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Sessions range 45-60 minutes in duration depending on skill level and lesson. Monthly Packet Session (4 sessions) - Reasons for enrolling in this Workout Packet include creating a training foundation before beginning your sport season, training during the season, or the summer before returning to school in the fall. You will be learning proper exercise techniques to train on your own as well as provide a different level of motivation. This packet is geared toward the athlete who wants to get on track for their sport and the up coming season. Weekly workouts are rewarding and punishing. You can sign up for solo, partner, or group workouts. Customized Session Packet (10 or 20 sessions) - This packet is geared toward the athlete who wants to take their game to the next level. Not only will you get on track but you will begin to invest in a strong fundamental foundation that will increase your potential in development and growth through techinque, consistency, and intensity. You will have a unique and rewarding experience with basketball and DC. DC's passion and knowlege of the game is one of kind! Solo, partner, or group workouts offered.
